O Club Cocktail Party Invite

Aaaah!  Another great day at sea.

I was up at 5:30a, so I made use of the internet to process four photos — one for each of the days we were in port in Hong Kong and Hạ Long Bay.  Having already written the journal entries for those days, it was just a matter of refining the words for public consumption before uploading to the blog.  Luckily, the internet was decent enough that I wasn’t pulling my hair out to get it all done.

Aside from writing — it was a day of reading.  I finished Dan Brown’s Angels & Demons and started the Da Vinci Code.  The best part — I got to do my reading on the veranda … so wonderful.

Alice and Tom, who will be leaving us in Singapore, called to invite us to join them in the dining room for dinner.  Also joining us were the Gelmans, and Bill & Tori.  Since we were going to dress up for dinner anyway, we added the Oceania Club Cocktail Party to our evening plans as well.

Tomorrow will be an early morning — the sail in to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) is apparently quite interesting.

Always fun … we skipped yesterday’s invite to go today instead.
